糖酵解途径又称 EMP 途径(Embden-Meyerhof-Parnas pathway),指在无氧条件下葡萄糖通过一系列步骤,降解成丙酮酸并生成 ATP 的过程,糖酵解发生在所有活细胞中。研究发现即使在有氧状态下,肿瘤细胞仍会优先选择糖酵解途径提供能量,称为有氧糖酵解(Warburg 效应)。与正常细胞比较,肿瘤细胞会消耗更多的葡萄糖,所以通过定位消耗大量葡萄糖的区域可以帮助识别癌症。因此靶向肿瘤细胞的糖酵解有望成为治疗肿瘤的一个重要治疗策略。 TargetMol 收集了 740 种靶向糖酵解相关的活性化合物,可用于抗肿瘤和糖代谢相关药物开发。
